Comments (19)They stand upright when they grow naturally in a garden where they have had the appropriate room and light. Your plants were most likely grown squished together with a million just like it. They all grew really tall stretching for light, etiolation. Everything is taller and thinner than it should be. The stems are thinner and never had to hold the weight of the blossom. because they were crammed in with a whole bunch of plants just like themselves. When grown in a garden, it would naturally be much shorter and fatter, generally stouter. See the image below for comparison. See how big the flower and short and thick the stem. Not the thin elegant lines of your delicate calla lilies. Comments (5)You can probably propagate new plants of it yourself. In winter when it has died back down to the ground, dig it up and break the root clump into two or three pieces and replant them. If you've had it 3 years, it's probably a good time to do it anyway, because in its fourth year it might get overly big and flop outwards leaving an empty center.
