Hello, does anyone know what these type of lights are called and where to buy them?

I’ve found some results searching for hanging hurricane lights and chimney lights but hardly any results.

English is not my first language, so I am at lost as to what this type of light is call? I searched google image but couldn't find any. I tried "Pendant Light" and "Morocco Lighting" and got a bunch of non-related lamp.

Lighting should be behind and over you so that there are no shadows on your work and you can't see the overhead light(s) in your peripheral vision. Desk lamps also work, but need to be properly shielded. The computer brightness should not be higher than 120 nits. The glare from outside should not be in your eyes when looking at your display. Use blinds or move the display. You could also have eyestrain due to eye problems which I won't discourse on but instead will recommend seeing an ophthalmologist. Also, use a decent display size. Age where really wide diopter range visual accommodation starts being lost is fairly young.
