Hello, does anyone know what these type of lights are called and where to buy them?

I’ve found some results searching for hanging hurricane lights and chimney lights but hardly any results.

dinajo, Can't help you with the first questions, but regarding the base cabinets- do you have a level? I would check that the counter surface is level. Many floors won't be perfectly level, so the cabinets need to be shimmed. So there will often be variations in how far the 'bottom' of each cabinet is from the floor (to be covered by toe kick cover). But the tops should definitely be level- especially if you putting any kind of solid surface counter that could crack.

I would say that they are vintage general lighting fixtures for theatrical applications. THESE appear to be similar, only more for domestic use.
