I would paint out the siding AND the garage doors a Rust or Burgundy color,

a deep rich tone, something to compliment the brick

and unite the garage doors & roof.

with the garage doors and heavy garage roof showing alot of Brown already, it would make the house one... I'd Paint the shutters and trim a creamy white, (or the grout color in the brick) to contrast. ...Actually, that color you have on the siding.

My suggestion would be to paint the siding a light pearl grey, take down the shutters and enlarge the frame around all windows, paint the windows black if possible (can't see the style in the picture), paint the front door black with white sidelights, garage doors black with white trim, all trim in white. I think that works with both the brick and the roof. You can also update the style of your post lights and the ones on the house to match (we don't see those in your picture).

Since you have a brown roof (which incidently needs cleaning), I would swap out the gray with a nice tan color that would look nicer with the roof, than gray does. Other than that, I like the picture lisedv posted above.

Before you paint, the roof needs cleaning. Visually, the house exterior looks broken up, so I will suggest everything, including brick, be paint one color. My choice would be white or gray.

In the 80's I had a house built by Kaufman & Broad in a planned community where colour of houses was also part of the overall planning. Mine was a light grey siding with bricks and roof similar to the 80's house above and, although the style was different, IMO the colour scheme looked quite nice.
