Recommend bath/shower tiles to match floor tiles
Comments (1)A "standard size" hall bath is 5 x 8 = 40 square feet. Your bath is very small, so I suggest Corian panels in white (bonus points for no grout). You could add wallpaper if the outcome seems too plain for your taste....See MoreRecommendations for porcelain tile in the marble look in 3x12 or 4x12.
Comments (4)There's plenty of tiles series out there that have those sizes; but they are usually not the least expensive size, the 12x24 is usually cheaper. That said, especially if you want to do the herring bone I would select a good quality....See MoreTravertine baseboard recommended tile size
Comments (1)The grout joints should not line up with the floor tiles, so you should go ahead and use one size for all the baseboard. How are you finishing the top? Is it bullnose? Edit: I've been trying to find where I read that about the joints lining up and not finding anything. So, that might not be accurate. Then it would be however you prefer it to look. You can lean some tiles against the side to see what you like....See MoreFloor and Shower Floor Tile advice please!
Comments (4)We have that floor in our shower, in the medium gray color. White marble-like walls. (Nanoglass from tilebar.com) Main floor is very similar medium grey color, only much larger, 24" x 24" tiles. Our vanity countertop is white quartz. We love it. Having said that, our bathroom is on the east side and has 4 windows plus a skylight, so there is a lot of light. You will need small tiles on the shower floor, both to accommodate the sloping to the drain and for traction via the grout. I believe some one told me (or I read here) that the largest shower floor tile size recommended is 2"x 2". The main bathroom floor can be any size you like. https://www.mosaictileco.com/SelectedTile.aspx?SKU=15EDGSUP1MM...See Moreukpudge
