The E. pinnatum/aureum story is that some time back someone managed to convince the boffins that aureum was in fact a variation of pinnatum. Later the boffins changed their minds again and decided it wasn't, so it went back to aureum. But E. pinnatum was always there, so whilst it now can be a synonym of aureum, it's also a species in its own right. This is one of my pinnatums (unless it has been changed, or it was mis-identified for me years ago). Leaves on juvenile plants are entire, but some mature plants have pinnate leaves. I guess I should do a thorough study of the flowers to find out for sure. I should have some taxonomic descriptions of epipremnum and monstera.

I don't see geniculum on any of the petioles in the photo. R. tetrasperma petioles are much more slender and longer in relation to the leaves than M. Deliciosa. M. Del's have a fatter Stem (vine) and the petioles are larger where they attach to it. Also, at least in my plants, The Rhaph's petioles are "D" shaped in cross section and the Monstera's have a somewhat flattened oval cross section. The leaves can be 12" or 25cm which going by that giant sized UK electrical outlet in the photo seems about what the bigger leaves would measure

I would say that it's a Monstera deliciosa too. Which some call a "Split-Leaf Philodendron." Even though it's not actually a philodendron at all, but a close relative. Mine was a juvenile when I first bought it, with only a few newer leaves having one split in them. These plants are native to the rainforest and climb up the sides of trees in search for brighter light. So don't be afraid to water them and give them more sunlight. That's why it's leaning so far to one side, in search of more sunlight. I place mine outdoors where it gets some direct sunlight in the mornings and evenings, but gets dappled sunlight/shade during the afternoons. I have it in a fast draining soil that doesn't hold on to a lot of water. So I keep it pretty well watered and don't let it dry out. Tho, when I bring it back indoors for the cold months, I cut back on watering somewhat, letting it dry out a little before watering it again. Here where I live in Arkansas, we have been constantly getting rained on, and rained on, and rained on, over and over all Spring long (sorry California), and my plants have been loving it. Here is a photo of mine that I took last year after repotting it. It has since began growing much larger leaves on it more than double the size in the photo. Which are still fairly small in comparison to how huge they can truly get. They don't call them monsters for no good reason, haha! Easily one of my favorite plants. :)

Woodnative, Monstera minima is another term for rhaphidophora tetrasperma. Katie, I see a node on both of those pictures. The one in the first pic also has an aerial root. How long have you had them in water? Sometimes they take a while to grow roots. It will eventually grow roots though. Alternatively, you could just pot this as Ken suggested into some damp soil and keep them somewhat damp for a few weeks. Gently tug on it once in while to see if there is resistance which would indicate root growth.
