IMO too many unmatched pieces makes for a messed up look > I think 2 sofas that match and then 2 choirs in a nice coordinating fabric is a nice look. BTW when posting a dilemma alwsy in clude pics of all the items you are talking about

I dont think your leather chairs choices match to your leather couch. I also think you have to stick with a fabric choice.

I like those colors together and think it could be made to work. Of course, much depends on the rest of the room and accessories. What about the other colors for that chair?

So that you don’t have 3 different styles and colors, PB’s Aviator chair could be a good choice.

With the chairs matching the PB couch the arrangement perhaps won‘t feel as akward, especially if unified with similar cushions and a rug. Hard to know though, without seeing the couch.

I did not look into chairs from PB in the same leather, but I was hoping to achieve a curated look with coordinating but not matching items.

What about a chair like this? This is King Hickory's Benson chair in leather. I am currently in lust with the look of this chair, so I might be biased.

Pricklypearcactus- I really like that chair too, but it’s a bit more traditional than the look I was going for. Cream leather is beautiful and would look great with the PB couch.

That is a wonderful room.. We also have leather couches, but as suggested above, they match and mirror each other. I didnt want to do more leather for the chairs (I thought it would be leather overload) but one day a delivery of two leather chairs that my husband took the liberty of buying arrived. I was a bit annoyed, lol , but I have to tell you, my greatroom seating area is very nice and Is complemented often. If you want to do all leather, it certainly can be done beautifully, but as advised above, repeat the pieces. We picked leather because of ease of cleaning too. My couches are kind of a creamy greige, and the arm chairs are a beautiful, simply styled, rich dark saddle brown. Dont try to match the leather pieces, the curated is the way to go.

Beverly- the Aviator Blackwood photographs so differently depending on the light. I posted the top pic because I think it best represents the color IRL. I did see the sofa in person before ordering (don’t live near a PB) just to be sure! But thanks!

I wouldn't do a full on leather chair. Choose one with leather seats, but either a wood or metal frame.

I like this one from P B because the frame matches the color of the sofa and the leather color work with the sofa and a gray fabric.

One lumbar on the accent chair can tie all three pieces together.

M Riz - I love the seating arrangement of two identical couches facing each other and a pair of chairs on one end. Sounds like that is what you have.

I didn’t think it would work in my LR though, so I opted for a long sofa facing the TV/ feature wall and a shorter sofa on one side, in a n L-shape, and then a pair of chairs.

Just struggling with how to put it together!

If you take a look on line of rooms that have 2 different colored couches, 99% of the time the occasional chairs complement one of the two.

You could work with the silver grey that‘s in your other couch if you didn't want to reflect the new one.

Maureen- that’s a beautiful room! I love the seating combination, coordinated without matching. I would say this a “brighter and whiter” version of what I envision for my LR. I have two boys and dog, so I didn’t want a white couch, settled on silver instead.

I also really like the chairs you suggested, where is the top one (wooden frame) from?

Completely understandable that the Benson might not be the right style for you. I do, however, think that if you want leather chairs, you probably need to choose a leather that contrasts but works well with the Aviator Blackwood leather. A soft gray or taupe could work well. I think white would work too. I would personally avoid doing any kind of chair that has leather that is trying to look like the Avaiator Blackwood color but isn't quite hitting the mark.

I ordered the Jake couch and a Clyde swivel both in Aviator Blackwood. The couch arrived in October and was the suade/nubuck leather and today, the swivel came in leather. Same color, completely different material.
