Name this weed please

It almost looks charming and dainty but these things are everywhere this year. They have a little rosette base and wiry stems with small white flowers. I haven’t been able to assign a name to them, and would like to cuss them out formally. Appreciate the help.

close up of the flowers & seed pods. the ripe pods turn translucent white and there are approximately a gazillion brown seeds in each.

In my neck of the woods that would be Draba verna, Early or Common Whitlow Grass. Don’t know if that would occur where you are.

I Google'd an image of that plant and it looks like a dead ringer for the plant I posted. I would say your guess is very good, It must have escaped cultivation from whereabouts I live because this is not a normal plant seen here. thanks

I shall name her Jessica... Oh, wait. I've been searching, and found this cool site you might try. I cannot see enough detail in your pic to fill out the questions. Also, there is an extensive catalog of photos on that same site, but again, didn't see what you had or couldn't tell well enough. As for eradication, I would have MSMA sprayed on it (I don't think they sell homeowners MSMA anymore, I just have some leftover, but I think our yard service still uses it for spot treatment). It has to be warm for it to work, though, mid 80s at least I believe. Also, when I haven't been able to find a weed before, I will take my bottle of roundup or MSMA and google each of the "weeds controlled" it lists until I can find it. Tedious but usually has worked!
