Need help with Inexpensive powder room updating!

I have a very bland powder room that was fully renovated along with the rest of the 2800 sq. ft. house in NE Ohio a few years ago. Everything from the studs-out is basically new. The paint is the same neutral color as the rest of the house, except for an office painted moss green. The ceramic tile matches the tile in the next-door laundry room, side hall and kitchen. I rebelled against my kitchen/bath designer and picked oak cabinets for durability, warmth, and to match my furniture. This powder room doesn't have a window, and ceilings are approx. 10 ft. My kids and realtor have suggested I keep everything neutral for easier resale. (I'm in my 70s so I probably won't be in this home for a long time.) Living in a 100% neutral home can become depressing though, so I thought this was the perfect place to add some style. I've been considering a strippable wallpaper? I welcome suggestions.
