I have ordered from him many times, though not in a long time. Plants are always in excellent condition and relatively large. He also hasa pretty good repetoire of jungle cactus and Epiphyllums which are hard to find some other places. But that is all there is good I can say... (which is enough for most people). On the down side, a LOT (and from my experience, MOST) of the plants are misidentified (or have completely fabricated names). The species spellings are so bad on his old web site (which I see has finally had an upgrade) that even if they species might have been correctly identified, they were so badly mispelled, I sure couldn't tell. VERY unprofessional.. NOT the place anyone who cares what they are actually getting would want to order from. And expect delays! First time ordered I got my plants promptly (relatively)- in 6 weeks. Last time I ordered in summer (July) and got my plants in early November!!! That was after the previous year of ordering in September and getting them at the end of November when it was too cold for some of them arleady. But the more I complained, the longer it took to get my plants, so best to probably prepare for the ridiculous wait and be patient. Compare this to ARidlands.com which has close to the perfect web site: photos of the plants you are getting, and a shipping turn around of about 4 days. And these people know their plants! So I order almost exclusively from them now.

The problem with the calls to my cell phone is there is never a human being on the call. It's always an automated message and to even find out who's behind it you have to call them and I sure am not going to do that, then they know for sure it's a good number. I do look it up on Google and find hundreds of other mad people who want to know about it also. On occasion some one else will post the information they were able to get from them. In most cases it's about a cruise ship from Florida but of course there's a lot more to it than that. They call my husband's number too and besides me and his business associates not many have his number either. We don't ever put our cellphone numbers on anything because I don't want the calls coming to any where but at home. I don't answer if I'm driving anyway so it is easier to deal with it from home. I have seen on Google some people who have reported the numbers but nothing was done about it.. I do put some on the block list but they have so many roll over numbers it doesn't matter.

Save your time and money, go elsewhere! I ordered from them and they gave me a great price, very nice. After a month, I checked in and furniture still hadn't left them. Took them 2.5 months to get it to me and when it arrived it was BEAT UP, broken, scratched, discolored, and they just took it out of the box and left (leaving a MESS!!!). There is literally a door hanging from one hinge. I have called and emailed A MILLION times. The delivery guy even noted the damage before leaving, but still NOTHING from them. It has been over 4 months and I have very expensive beat up junk sitting in my beautiful home taking up space and not put together. They won't return my emails or calls and yet they had no trouble taking my $5000! They are AWFUL!!!!! They never answer the phone either, you have to leave a message so they can return just the phonecalls of people that want to give them more money!
