Placement of wall sconces over kitchen window and sink

Hello amazing Houzz community! Our electrician is coming this week to rewire and add to our kitchen. First, explaining the picture... I removed a piece of wooden valance and the pot lights that were there. The carpenter is going to cut the trim and add it to the sides of the cabinets.

I did this so we can have two wall sconces above the window and over the sink.

My question... Do we place them evenly spread out between the window? The sink is a bit bigger than the one we have and the counter and sink are not installed yet.

The lights are similar to the ones in this inspo picture.

Any input would be helpful! thank you

***** UPDATE since this was posted. The electrician is not able to wire in any light boxes because there is a supporting beam above the window. I am crushed. Would two electric boxes weaken the support?
