I've wanted this daylily since it first came out. The full rounded form and the fact that it starts out yellow (my favorite color) were right up my alley. So, I waited and waited until the price came down. Finally it was within my range only to be told by two different people about its growing habits. Their report was much the same as yours. I don't have a greenhouse, so the care it would receive in such a wonderful environment is not available to me. But seeing your picture Nan, I still love it. I hope you continue to post pictures and reports of it........BTW, is it supposed to be good for hybridizing?.....................Maryl

Maryl, we had hoped that it would pass on its teeth, but so far we have gotten nothing from it. We keep trying though. It is the parent of several daylilies from other hybridizers.
