Home Office Paint Color Advice
Comments (3)If you want the office trim painted white you will need to decide if you want that throughout your entire home. We think the navy idea is really unique but what is the rest of your home like? Would it make sense to do that? If you wanted the grey do you have a lot a of grey in your home already? Ask yourself some of those questions and you should figure out what you want easier....See MoreNeed advice on new home construction - home office

Comments (4)I'm going to join in on the "warming" trend. Do you actually work from home? There is a difference from actually WORKING and working. If your work depends on it, then the room needs to be productive and comfortable. If it's not a full time job, then you have more options based on your preferences. It looks like a nice sized space. If you are going to be doing Zoom meetings or anything where the wall behind you is in view, consider the color and decor for THAT wall to be especially important. Maybe a focal color as a good backdrop to shelves, artwork, or credentials. Where did you get the sofa? I really like it and it looks to be about the right size and color for MY home office, lol so anything you can tell me about it would be appreciated!...See Moreseeking advice on crafting a sweet home office / man "attic"

Not this exact one, as you need something bigger, but just an idea of what I mean: https://www.wayfair.com/furniture/pdp/latitude-run-burgeo-reversible-floating-desk-w002115883.html It would free up floor space, could go on the wall opposite the closet door, and you’d still have your nice view. It’d be awesome if you could get one custom made, in a natural wood tone. You could also do something like this, going around the corner and under the window. Except unlike this example, your big, bulky items on the wall part, papers and low stuff under window to not block views. And you could add shelves above, if needed. If you’re interested in these sorts of set-ups, search ‘floating desks’. The only issue would be hiding cords somehow, but if you search ‘hiding computer cords’, lots of ideas come up. I think a wood accent wall with your TV would look very cool up there. You have plenty of natural light to do something like this....See Moreeverdebz
