Back in the 80's when grew it I was getting $27 a bussel at the farmers market they were bidding on it at the scales before i got the truck parked. When the price dropped to $15 a Bushel I started looking elsewhere for a buyer I found a Restaurant that would give $20 a Bushel that was 1's & 2's grade they would buy all could produce. They would freeze it. I grew one acre Early planted on good Friday, then planted a second acre for late crop. It yeilded about $ 70 K that year but its hard work. Another thing that really helped was I grew it under high Voltage Power Lines. I would run between 15- 25 bushels a day production rate per day. According how much I watered it. Half way through the season Campels Soup Company wanted to set up a contract but I was already committed. The Market is there don't undersale yourselfs. You have to do a lot of research and look on the manufacturer websites. Call the company, etc. I could write a book on this with all the research i've done in the past week. You have to be very, very careful. Most furniture is manufactured overseas. Even companies that say their stuff is manufactured in the USA could use products from overseas. Even some of the big names have sold out and now manufacture overseas. Baker furniture is now owned by a chinese corporation. Baker! They were the benchmark for number one quality. I don't know now but i'd be concerned. It's truly a horrifying experience to buy new furniture. I haven't bought new furniture in maybe 15 years. I ordered a piece from a manufacturer that i have older pieces from, only to find the new ones were made in a foreign country. The smell is killing me. It smells like poison.

You should check with owner of the home to find out what they will allow you to use on the tub/tile. If the tub needs a good cleaning, use Fantastic or other good cleaner and a magic eraser. Amazing what this will do.
