just wanted to add that you should empasize to the cleaning company not to use anything else. There have been several threads on cleaning staff ruining new marble by using acidic or chlorine cleaning products.

Simple green: safe! stone cleaners safe! No ammonia: no bleach: per sales rep: (dish soap has ammonia:) soft scrub usually has bleach. Read labels! If I spent a ton of money on countertops: I wouldn't want to "maybe" use the wrong thing to clean. Be careful no matter what: soap leaves a film on surfaces. Never clean your CaesarStone surface with products that contain Trichlorethane or Methylene chloride, such as paint removers or strippers. Avoid the use of highly aggressive cleaning agents such as oven/grill cleaners and dishwasher polishing agents that have high alkaline/pH levels (pH 8.5 or higher). Products containing oils or powders may leave a residue and should be rinsed off thoroughly. Should your surface accidentally be exposed to any of these damaging products, rinse immediately with clean water to neutralize the effect. I wouldn't use lemons or vinegar to clean! High PH! Wipe up tomato juice! Apple and grape juice. High PH same thing: better safe vs sorry: sad: upset: with stain on quartz. I promise if you leave a stick of butter on your quartz countertop for 10 days straight: I swear there has to be a stain! Olive and cooking oil same thing. Best wishes

I use microfiber cloths and water to clean and dry anything shiny; windows, mirrors, etc. No streaks.

And just for fun, go ahead and check to see that your marble has ENOUGH sealant on it: take a drop or two of water and place it in the centre of one of your tiles. Allow to sit for 1-2 minutes. If it STAYS BEADED, you are fine. It if ABSORBS into the tile (water disappears and the tile is left with a slightly darker surface colour) then you need more sealant. Marble tiles often need as many as 3 coats of sealant. The tile installer will usually seal the tiles BEFORE they are installed and then twice more once installed. Before using ANY cleaner on the marble, please ensure you have the required amount of sealant. And then keep the brand/bottle around because marble loves to being sealed as much as 3 times per year (depending on the brand of sealant...etc).
