On my monitor they look like 2 different tile colors they are just wood look tiles so go to a tile store and see what is available. I personally dislike them or any tile all through the house unless you live in the tropics and those don’t even try to look like actual wood floor.

Home Depot, lowes, online - tile bar and a few others . Some local stores …., so I thought I might check with the pros here .
