Which loveseat/chair go better w/leather recliner?
Comments (3)No, I'm not 100% that we're going to hang the cowhide, but putting a lot of thought into it. I'd love to do a sectional, but the room is so oddly shaped with doors and such (ie. TV), that it just won't fit. I've put tape on the floors and everything. I like how we now have it, I'm just not good with filling in the blanks and putting fabrics together. I am getting more confident and learning a lot from everyone here :-)...See MoreStressless Recliners - Can We Discuss
Comments (32)Amck, I agree! I have heard nothing but rave reviews on Stressless and I love a great MCM style. It definitely is a pass down through the generations quality. I am so excited to see your lovely chair/chairs in place so please post pics when they are in place. Just, I love that beautiful tangerine color also. I think it makes the chair incredibly gorgeous! I am a sucker for orange. I don't know why because it used to be a color I hated. Gr8day. The H & M was more than I thought I would ever pay for furniture. When we went to the Keeping Room it was for DH to try out a different H & M sofa. He wasn't impressed. Then he saw the Teton sofa and fell in love. He usually doesn't care a whit about furniture so I caved. I wasn't really looking for a recliner but fell in love with the one I made the mistake of sitting in so we ordered it. I also made the mistake of sitting in another chair while we were there and couldn't get it out of my mind. Several months later I contacted Duane again and asked if he still had that chair, when he said yes I arranged to have it delivered....See Morerecliner-ish chair question
Comments (6)We've just gone through the recliner search. I love Stressless chairs, but there is the issue of the separate ottoman. Found out they are coming out with a new model that has the footrest fold up under the chair. Re upholstery choices, many folks here have recommended microfiber for those who have kitties....See MoreNeed loveseat to match these recliners!!
Comments (7)I would go with fabric (no tufting) & any colour could work since you have such a blank slate. Usually I try to keep the seat height of the upholstered pieces about the same, since your chairs are wings they will likely be taller than the couch. Have you considered picking your rug first and then building up from there? For me,it is easier that way. I find the rug sets the tone and colourway....See Morehappyde10
