Hi Guys, Im looking for advice on what color to paint my exterior. I have a red roof which is the color I really can't change. I have an aversion to beige/browns, but I really like greys and a more contemporary look. But honestly, Ill do whatever you guys recommend to make it look good. My thought was to stucco over the 80's tile around the garage, create a square trim around the garage door and maybe also on the column. Trim, front door and garage door painted white to match my mailbox? Or maybe the garage door and front door painted a faux wood brown? Maybe add shutters (I wouldnt even know what color). Maybe paint the concrete driveway? The color samples on the house are as follows from right to left: CW:Behr Castle Wall Grey CB: Dont know, will find later GG:Behr Gateway grey HC: Behr Hue and Cry DG: Behr Dawn Grey Gran: Home Decorators Grant Grey SG: Glidden Stone Grey The red at the bottom was just me playing with the idea of making the door red. Help!

Thanks for your response! I find this color of brick very hard to work with. I can see the black, or perhaps, medium charcoal, working. The front now looks like it does in the top picture. That is wrought iron fencing around the plantings. Do you think it would, visually, work, if just the window trim was painted, which would leave the white window. Or just leave the windows unpainted? The sliders would remain white. Can you visualize everything across painted black, and then all the brick...would that be too dark? Perhaps I could add color in the door area ( painting entrance door and switching to a full view storm door??

May be odd man out but I like the version of Rockport she got and that's on the garage door with the stone. Don't love the current color of the stucco. Of course color online is never accurate but IME with stone on exteriors... If you can do colors that skew greenish it's always a good thing vs. a near neutral from the YR hue family. Or as some people might call it, taupe. IMO. And OP said she likes Rockport with the stone. So I vote more Rockport.

White duck seems to be more of an off white. You could do a whiter white on the trim, such as Greek Villa or one of the coordinating colors above.
