Hello everybody. I'd first like to know which Hippeastrum species are the rarest, both in cultivation and in nature (which can be bought anywhere). Are Hippeastrum macbridei, bukasovii and mandonii some of them? And also, which one of the rarest species would be able to grow in warm Mediterranean climate? I currently grow Hippeastrum correiense species/hybrid successfully, it has produced a few pups and blooms every year.
