Anybody Decide To Wallpaper Your Bathroom?
Comments (24)Monicakm, that beaded one WAS one I briefly looked at, but my bathroom is more traditional. If I had contemporary that would definitely be one on my short list...I loved it. I saw it in one of the wallpaper books from an Interior Designer (ID). Thought it could be used almost like a backsplash. It was really gorgeous. The wallpaper I am considering is from the Candice Olson Dimensional Surfaces Book. The glass bead design is called Script Geo $130/roll. You can't tell by the picture, but the background has a beautiful sheen and the glass bead design is raised off the paper. The one with a faint scroll design with a grasscloth type weave is called Filigree on Sisal $140/roll. Those are retail prices, but the Interior Designer can get it for much less....See MoreLast-minute Help! Wall-papered bathroom and granite
Comments (2)I'm not clear if you've replaced the vanities, which do need replacing if you're going to the expense of new granite, sink, and faucet. Comments (66)Imp1959, I got the towel bars, sconces and faucets on Amazon. I can try to get some links up tomorrow. I will show some shower pics after I clean it. We turned off the water at the street to change the valves under the sink and the damned valve knob at the street seized up, the broke off. so now we have no water and they wont come after hours to fix it since we are the ones who turned it off. So I will clean the shower tomorrow and take pictures....See MoreWallpaper before or after installing bathroom vanity?
Comments (7)To be difficult, I'd say it would depend on the vanity and how it fits the space. If it was wall to wall and all the way to the floor, I'd install the vanity first and then the wallpaper. If it's a "furniture style" vanity where you have legs on the base and it's not fitted to the surrounding walls, I'd install the wallpaper first. Just know that if you do the wallpaper first, you'll have to remove the vanity if you ever want to change the wallpaper....See Moremimimomy
