Kitchen Renovation Plumbing Reroute

Ah H

I've attached a couple pictures, and wanted to get feedback from the Houzz community regarding what is doable or not for a kitchen renovation.

We have an existing wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and living room. We want to ideally knock the entire wall down or at minimum have a cutout but there is a lot of plumbing running through the kitchen wall. I've had a couple plumbers come by to give a quote but one says I can't relocate all the plumbing and knock the wall down, while the other says I can.

Is there a way to move the plumbing to a wall stub in the corner by where the existing sink is and knock the rest of the wall down?
