lyfia: Yes, the web site you have is for Kelly Mahan. A quick story: When we started about 2 years ago, we used a very high profile Austin architect. From the very beginning, we told him our budget was in the $750K range and we wanted to stay under 3,000 square feet. When he finally finished the design, we were at 3,400 square feet and the lowest bid from 3 different contractors was $1.3 million. We dumped the architect (after paying upwards of $80K in design and engineering fees) and changed the design enough on our own to get the cost down to near our original budget. In the meantime, we didn't have anyone to do detail drawings and dimensioning. That's where Kelly came in. We have been very happy with him and his hourly rate is reasonable.

I'm not sure about the horse herb. The last pic was white flowers on grayish green. My uneducated guess would be thyme, but I'm really not sure.
