Comments (4)With a 36" sink base cabinet, undermount a 36" sink please, apron or not. No one ever complained that their sink was too large and the workstation sinks actually add countertop space. Blanco makes some of the finest stainless steel sinks on the market as does Elkay. Comments (26)“Always bring the stone to the sink. Not the sink to the stone.” This one we’ll have to remember. So interesting that Elkay did not come up with a better flat surface design for the bottom of the sink to be supported from below. These larger farm house sinks take in so much abuse from above. After getting this sink perfectly aligned and level 1/8” below top of cabinet grade we should send a photo of us standing in it for a weight test. Like pete shows in his sink bracket videos. Comments (2)It sounds like a hot pot mark. Picture please. There is a considerable density difference between the Quartz Luxe and the Quartz Classic. The Quartz Luxe samples look like a dense chocolate bar; the Classic like a brownie. I've sold hundreds of these sinks and have never gotten this callback. It's going to take a diamond pad protocol on an aggressive grinder to remove the mark and that's the easy part. Matching the factor finish is more difficult.
