Can anyone tell me if this duct can be relocated

The duct connected to the water heater. It’s at an angle. Would it be possible to be relocated to above the water heater. Anyone know who I would call and what the cost of that job might be? Thanks!

Yes it can! The vent the hot water heater connects to also serviced a different furnace and the reason why it's so huge. You now have a condensing furnace and vents out the wall so the big vent can be reduced to the side of the hot water heater vent can be reconfigured.

So.....they are not "pottery"...that is unglazed bisque?....not that composition stuff? But if they are soap stone they would have to be carved individually and would not be patent pending. Wonder if the patent was granted? There ought to be a way to do a search on the artist's name at the patent office....probably available on line. Because they say patent pending I am sure they are not one of a kind. Perhaps they are the babies from a movie? Or a children's book? Sorry....never seen anything like them. Linda C

She means The Tile Shop. Remember when we used to capitalize? This reminds me of a ceramic tile mural Ickaisgirl has in her kitchen. She used subways for her field tile, so it was a ceramic tile that came in mosaics and field tile. I have a photo of her mural on my laptop and I'd have to search for her kitchen reveal to find the tile company. Her tile is gray but it has that same quality of looking like beautiful, high-end tile. So you could ask in Kitchens since there's more tile experts there.

Agreed. Also, I know that heater looks reasonably new, but when it comes time to replace the water heater, consider a hybrid electric instead. They are cheaper to run than a gas tankless, and it would eliminate the flue altogether.

Consider the cost of relocating that flue vs replacing the heater with a hybrid electric.
