Kitchen remodel--help replace 26 inch double oven-it doesn't look easy

So, we are about to remodel our kitchen and the 26 inch double oven may not be easy to replace, as it appears that 26 inch ovens are no longer made. First of all we want to match the color as best we can of our new refrigerator. Samsung calls this color Tuscan Stainless Steel. Please see the pic of the refrigerator. We do not want to go with Samsung for the other appliances we will be acquiring for the remodel. I understand that we will not find an exact match for the Samsung Tuscan Stainless color, but the "Black Stainless" of other brands seems to be pretty close. Here is a pic of the Samsung refrigerator.

As you can see from the photos of our current oven, it is trimmed in with only about 1/2 inch of trim on each side of the oven. After some research, it may be the case that a new 27 inch oven will actually go into the opening, but it will cover the current trim on the left and right of the oven. If we have to shift the wall and trim on that left side of the oven, it will be a major construction project. Has anybody had recent experience with replacing these old 26 inch ovens? Here are pics of the current oven and trim:

As to replacement double ovens, the only one we've found so far that meets my wife's criteria is the Kitchenaid KODE507EBS, which doesn't seem to appear on the Kitchenaid web site. But here is a link to it on Home Depot:

We would love to know if there are any other options. She wants a double oven with convection and self cleaning on top and bottom ovens. Any help is much appreciated. We don't really have interest in these new "smart" ovens.
