Oh how wish I could have seen that show. I'll look for it here on cable. Yes, the country is amazing. We drove from Oslo to Bergen and the scenery was stunning, but I would think it would be better seen from a cruise ship. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

LOL Brenda!! Oh well, don't be too hard on yourself. We fill our brains with so much other information, its bound to happen! I wish there was a way I could put it on my computer and send it to you. I have dial-up........so my computer would probably explode. hahaha PBS is always repeating things, so hopefully this will be one of those shows. I'm still in the process of watching it on tape. Its pretty incredible photography. But....we did have to watch alot of poop happening. lol! I guess that's the sole purpose of everything on earth.......to reproduce. Its pretty incredible to think that so much "thought" goes into a plant's own plans for its continued success. What I thought was interesting........there is this special tree somewhere (forget the name). There was only one animal on earth that ate the fruit (the dodo bird), thereby dispersing the seed. The bird became extinct when sailors came to this island and killed everything off for food. Now the tree will become extinct. Its fruit just lays on the ground and rots. Another interesting thing about the burdock weed seedpod.....a scientist realized after picking it off his dog and looking at it under a microscope, that he could "invent" something similar........velcro! I'm sure the show will come around again Brenda.

Yeah isn't it amazing the untruths that could so easily be eliminated if they just did a bit of research! Course then we have to worry about where they do their research. ;-) Bet it was a real trip! 66 days on the Mayflower with hives full of honey bees so they could turn up in the US. And the Jamestown ships voyages were even months longer. Wonder if honey bees got sea sick? Dave
