Something to consider is that if you are due to deliver in August that your ability to crawl and kneel is going to be limited pretty soon. I let mine sprawl after they outgrew their cheap wire cages. It was a PITA to rummage through the sprawling leaves and stems to find the tomatoes. I found many more bird-damaged ones on the ground than on the caged parts. Rotting was not a problem because it was dry and they were on a really thick layer of compost and shredded tree branches. (that's an expense of you don't have a shredder, possibly more of an expense than some remesh and hog rings. You can use all sorts of things as supports if you put your mind to thinking "what can hold them off the ground" instead of "must buy something labeled tomato cage".

jayco, I respectfully disagree with Dave. Flea beetles are a pest that need attention; like any other invader, they will continue to multiply in an exponential manner. I am in zone 5, specifically in the front range region of Colorado. We had heavy rain in May, which put a damper on early insect activity, however June has been HOT, so the flea beetle population has exploded. I help at least 6 people per day with flea beetle infestations on their beloved vegetable gardens (infestations often characterized and diagnosed by the pin-holes in the leaves---almost like they got shot with a little shotgun--- and this particular critter tends to focus on one species of plant until they thoroughly and collectively contribute to its demise, and then they move on to the next most adjacent (and tasty) species they can find. Keep an eye on them. If there are any increased signs of damage, treat the leaves with something. I would recommend an organic solution, like spinosad A or D, OR Neem oil blended pyrethrins (be careful with neem oil during the heat of the day---b/c it is an oil, it has a magnifying effect, and could burn foliage like a magnifying glass- I would recommend applying such a product during the evening hours, especially when flea beetles are prevalent. Good luck! If you use something safer (less synthetically-based) expect to make at least a couple of applications, a few days apart, to make the invaders retreat for good! Harlow

Joanie--Where do you live? There is a craniofacial pain center at Tufts dentistry school in Boston that is terrific for TMJ. Unfortunately TMK falls between the cracks " of medicine, physical therapy, dentistry, etc. And as someone said above, it has many different causes. Some of the things that a place like Tufts might suggest: - A night guard, but one specifically for TMJ. They're different from the ones made for grinding, although they help with that too. The TMJ guards have a protuberance on top that holds your lower jaw in a certain position. - Manipulative physical therapy. These are the folks who actually lay hands on you. For TMJ, the physical therapist snaps on some latex gloves and actually massages pressure points inside your mouth. There are several jaw muscles that are hard to manipulate and cannot be relaxed through stretching etc. This can be a huge help. (If you can't find one of these professionals locally, at least buy a book about trigger points.) - Posture work. Someone can show you on a demonstration skeleton how a problem with back posture, shoulders, hips, knees or even feet can cause you to hold the jaw in a bad position. For example, tilt your hips, and y our shoulders have to tilt in the opposite direction. Then your neck tilts sideways to compensate. It's the way we're built. Computer work is a particularly bad offender when it comes to posture. - Relaxation techniques. As someone said above, stress isn't a particularly good word here. You can be happy as a clam and get terrible neck or TMJ pain from working at a computer without good eyeglasses. There is lots that can be done.

I think it seems as if the tv is hung quite high. I think that would bother me than if there is anything under it ;^)
