We just installed a beveled oval frameless tilting mirror in our tiny bathroom. They are available on Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn. I got mine at Lowes and saved quite a bit! It has brushed nickel pivots on the sides. It might be 24" wide, not sure right now. You might have trouble finding anything narrower than that in a tilt mirror unless it is custom made. Good luck.

I tend to the extremes of simple in both dress and decorating, so I find adding one thing is more often what I need to do. I frequently catch myself thinking I'm ready to go and realizing that I have on jeans, a nice t-shirt and shoes. No jewelry, no scarf, nothing. So I try to remember to put on a wedding or anniversary ring and a bracelet, necklace or scarf. It definitely spills over into decorating for me too.
