How about instead of moving the door. Leave the door in the middle and run the sinks down the wall you show now(against the walk in closet) You have plenty of room to split them up so they are not on top of each other. When you move the door to the side you loose the ability in the bedroom to use that corner. Then you could still put a privacy wall up and put a bigger wall storage unit on the exterior wall (bottom right). You know I looked at it again and I will tell you your big wow is going to be looking in and seeing that huge shower and all the glass and tile. The drawback of that wall is going to be it's going to break up the space. I just tore a wall out in my room like that and I am so happy I did. First I was going to make it a kneewall then I said "get rid of it!" It opened up the whole space. How about change the swing of the door put toilet in upper right with solid wall when you walk in and then a door that opens into the toilet space. IOW if you were sitting on the toilet you would be looking out the window. Sinks along the bottom wall with a floor to ceiling storage in lower right. That keeps all your visual blocks close to where you enter the space. and leaves the deep end of the bathroom looking open and spacious.

Not sure what that angled cabinet by the door is buying you. I would use a regular one there. Any chance you could move the entry door to the center of that wall? Then you could have a shorter galley kitchen with more space for a table.

You need to post am to scale floor plan with as much detail as possible I can’t for the life of me figure out the scale from that drawing.Your Ikea post does not enlarge and honestly is not helpful. Are you tallking to actual kitchens designers or cabinet sales people? When posting the proper floor plan alson include widows, door ways, plumbing as much detail as possible.

Plumbing usually can’t be moved in a condo. Your job for the next 6 months is to find out all the restrictions from your condo association. Then draw up a scale diagram showing the entire space, and the immovable services. Then come up with 40-80K to change what’s there with a licensed and insured contractor. 6 months from now is going to look very different on multiple landscapes. Many. contractors won’t make it through. And a lot of people will be grateful to have any roof over their head, even if it’s not the fantasy dream space idiocy that HGTV has convinced people that they are entitled to for their very first home.
