Both Cashmere and Duration are good choices, the factor in being touch-up-able would be using the matte or flat finish. Anything else will surely show where you touched up. Behr has a new line with skuff and easy cleaning. I used it in our closet in a flat and already have used touch ups and magic eraser and looks great.

If you are painting the kids room with the color of the year use whatever you like since next year they will have new color they . MY advice do a nice matte finish there are washable ones in a nice neutral and be prepared to touch up often .

I recommend Benjamin Moore Scuff X. (The SW and Behr "scuff & easy cleaning" are just copy cat products.) I have used it in the Matte finish in a large family room, Satin on doors and trim, and semi-gloss in the closets. LOVE the finish! If you want to compare it to SW or Behr, go to the TDS sheets and compare the % of solids in each. The time and labor costs are the same, so I always go with the higher quality product.

(But if you are someone who changes colors often, it probably doesn't matter.)

I have used Duration and really liked the paint. I have not used BM Scuff X, but I hear very good things about it.
