Hi Linda, we decided on Cashel because we liked how the gray helped blend the kitchen with our fireplace. Not installed yet, but I'll post pictures once it is! (In a few months).

Thank you Christie.! i am leaning toward Cashel but afraid it might be too warm for my white dove kitchen. Notting hill's base is clean white. ;0(. I also love Cashel because of the gray.

I too cant decide on which one . I like them both ! Any backsplashes that yall think may work ?

I am working on a design for a laundry room we are Going tomise Norting Hill and possibly use mini Hexy backsplash the cabinets are a rustic hickory with a breakaway galze

Just went to the Cambria showroom and loved the Notting Hill. The description says it's burgundy but it looks brown to me. What do you all think?

We have Cashel, which has a little bit of a whiter base, which I believe is the only difference. The veins definitely have a brown to them. To me they look more brown than burgundy, but in a good way. They are beautiful.

For reference, here it is against a ”burgundy” spoon rest and mixer.

Thanks that is really helpful. Looked to me that one difference between the two was that the Cashel has a little more of a pattern in the background. My husband actually liked the Cashel better but I’m going with the Notting hill 😀. This photo is my island color sample on the notting hill. And for perimeter cabinets going with a white that’s kinda like white dove. I’m so glad to have finalized the counters, seems like over a month that I’ve been looking. Even drove 3 hours to a Cambria showroom to see a full slab of what I thought I wanted. Didn’t even have either of these in mind at that time.

We’ll I went to the tile store today looking for a backsplash to go with the Notting Hill. They had tons but I couldn’t find any that seemed to work. Anymore backsplash photos or ideas? I’m also going to get a price using Notting hill as the backsplash.

I tried a million different backsplashes and didn’t love any of them, which is why i ended up using it as backsplash too. I love the way it looks.

Thanks, I think I'm going with BM White Dove (wonder if that's similar to your warm white) for the cabinets and the Notting Hill for the counters as well as the backsplash.

Although I really love the Notting Hill, I changed my mind and went with Vicostone Misterio instead, which is also really pretty. Won’t be done until after first of year.

Didn't want the expense of carrrying the notting hill up the backsplash. After looking at EVERYTHING and nothing worked, found this choice and am super happy with it. It really brings out the veining. Was planning to change the cabinets but I think I can live with them now. The kitchen is very warm and inviting and the notting hill updates it a makes it bright and clean too. I love it.

Renee Lehr Marie Davis ckoneff Can you share more pictures of your countertops? I have natural Cherry Cabinets and looking to update my currently Formica blue countertops with something more modern. Do you think the Cashel would go with Natural Cherry? The samples of Cambria are not large enough to get a good sense of what it will look like? I posted picture

I think the Cashel or the Notting Hill would be beautiful with your cabinets. They aren't a true white but you can only tell that against a true white. Your cabinet color would bring out the veining as the backsplash I chose does. You could carry it up as a backsplash if you don't mind the expense or do a tile like mine that isn't white but compliments. I love my Notting Hill so much and have zero regrets. I'll post another picture.

I might go with the Notting Hill with your cabinets because the Cashel has more of the gray veining and to me, gray and warm colors don't go as well. I felt the Notting Hill was a cleaner look.

This isn’t my kitchen but i have been contemplating cashel for my kitchen rennovation. i think it looks stunning with dark cabinets just not sure my smaller kitchen can pull off dark cabinets without looking to too dark. but these cabinets are diamond vibe in morel cherry and countertops cashel. hope this helps u
