Master Bathroom remodel

I'm seeking some advice on how to remodel our master bathroom. I'm not a fan of the layout but don't know if that can be changed without major demolition. The bathtub takes up too much space and is unused, the closet is awkward and small, the shower could be bigger, I'd like a double sink or more counter space, and would just like to have more usable space. Any ideas or insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I think the simpliest way is remove closet and bathtub. extend shower to the half of closet space. extend venety to the wall on one site and to the shower and on another side install linen cabinet.

You need to provide dimensions for more help. Show window and plumbing locations and closets and door locations.

24" cabinet for sure -- I like the 24x30 size for actual people storing actual stuff. if you're using a light that low-profile, be sure that your cabinets are recessed; otherwise, get something that will stretch past the top of the cabinet to light your face.

I remodeled my bathroom last year and installed oval sinks. I don't care if the rectangular ones are "in," I don't like them either. In five years they won't be in anymore anyway. I think oval sinks are still being done, it's just that some people use the rectangular ones. I also have an oval tub and I have a transitional gray and white bathroom as well.

First question is always "what's your budget"? Other than the stained floor, nothing appears really wrong that styling won't help. So you may be able to achieve an attractive space without spending the world. See if you can have that terrazzo professionally cleaned and sealed. If that's possible, it's likely the easiest solution and will save a lot over the cost of replacement. The floor tile and vanity are cool neutrals. Replacing them doesn't make much sense unless they are broken. But the paint in there is a warm neutral and clashes terribly. Consider a pale blue or light grey. Consider adding more lighting. Updating the towel bars and existing lighting fixture/fan would help too. Then buy some towels that are a dark version of whatever paint colour you chose. That will add a bit of necessary contrast

Quemere designs makes that diamond shape. We used it in our backsplash. Ours is beveled but they make it in flat also. I believe Bedrosian also has the diamond shape.

Get rid of the unused tub and have the shower located where the current tub is. That would give you more space to work with

As others posted, you would need to provide a layout with dimensions for further help.

Hopefully this is more helpful. The bathroom itself is 13'×83" the shower side with windo has 8 ft ceilings and the bathtub side has 12 ft ceilings

So it sounds like you have a cathedral ceing starting at 8 foot on the toilet wall and ending at 12 ft on the tub wall.

I think it would be great if you were able to remove the closet and make your shower 36 wide by 60 or 72 inches long. You could even make the shower 42 inces deep. Then like someone else said, add a double vanity 7 to 8 feet long.

You could put a linen cabinet 15 inches deep across from the vanity. Then your aisle would be about 46 inces wide.

I would probably go for the longer vanity and shorter shower.

Oops I meant 10 ft on the tall side.
