Discontinued Tile - Help!

Hi everyone. I have been looking everywhere for a discontinued tile that we installed a couple of years ago. We purchased it from Floor & Decor and it is the Villa Tuscania Vogue Hazelnut 12x24 porcelain tile. Mediterranea also makes a Vogue Hazelnut tile that I believe is the same. If anyone has extra boxes or has any idea where I might find some it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Sorry I wrote in the wrong product name. The original was Roma beige 24 x 24. This is going in a living room in front of a sliding glass door. The problem has arisen because there were plantation shutters here which have been removed and the tile had been cut around the base of those shutters so we have 4 tiles that need to be replaced. In the photo, the lighter tile is the original Roma Beige. The darker tile against the wall and slider is the Roma 2.0 Spice.
