Please let me know which paint color you would use for this house. Any suggestions to improve curb appeal??? This is definitely a fixer upper.

Your house is a bungalow style, so if you haven’t already, do searches for ’bungalow exterior colors’ … ’stucco bungalow exterior colors’ … ’stucco cottage exterior colors’ … terms like that. Once you get a few ideas, just look up any stucco house style … ’stucco exterior colors’ for more that could work on yours. Limitless possibilities with a house like this — what looks do you like? What feel are you going for? Charming cottage, stark black and white, organic and natural, beachy, earth tones, funky boho, whimsical, quiet, etc? The roof is a non-entity, anything can work around a gray metal roof. I’m in Texas, they’re used often here, and are just a neutral background. I like these greens, but without knowing your preferences it’s hard to advise. Dramatic, but earthy: If you’re feeling unsure about bolder colors, you can’t go wrong with using a white or off-white for the body and color of choice for trim/accents. Or tan or gray body with accent colors. I always like this look of two accent colors:

Blue houses can be beautiful, and I think that blue could be a great choice for yours. I don’t think you will find the color overwhelming because you have a lot of other design elements going on which will break it up. I would definitely pick one siding material, as the model in the pictures looks very busy, and the points where the siding material changes on the sides of the house doesn’t visually make sense. Also, if you keep the shutters (👍🏻) please make them larger so they look like they would actually cover the windows if they were closed. Hopefully your builder will let you experiment with some different colors once you make the siding material choice. Good luck with your new house, it will be wonderful!

Your home has lovely details, and personally, I think the wall color is fine. I would warm up and darken the cool white trim and especially reduce the contrast on the quoins (maybe even more than I did here; use two variants of the wall color, darker for quoins, lighter for other trim). Then widen the walk to match the stair width (and upgrade its material?), reduce the size of the existing shrubs if possible (replace if not), add a couple more for a bit of contrast (in form or texture or color), and plant some crisply-edged ground cover. (Sorry, but I would remove the red and white gravel.) Think classy instead of flashy, timeless instead of trendy, elegant rather than edgy.
