Comments (122)Morning.. Joke for the day (ps my mother sent me this) ROSES & HANGING BASKETS A teenage granddaughter comes downstairs for her date with this see-through blouse on and no bra. Her grandmother just pitched a fit, telling her not to dare go out like that! The teenager tells her 'Loosen up Grams. These are modern times. You gotta let your rose buds show!' and out she goes. The next day the teenager comes down stairs, and the grandmother is sitting there with no top on. The teenager wants to die. She explains to her grandmother that she has friends coming over and that it is just not appropriate.... The grandmother says, 'Loosen up, Sweetie. LOL Well, this is what my dear friend sent: -the way, most awesome angel-Carol I love her-thank you so much!!! I love the words on the pedestal. -an angel bell Christmas ornament-very dainty -beautiful apple print hot pads, oven mit, dish cloth, and lots of towels-goes perfectly in my kitchen! -tea-Bavarian wild berry and vanilla caramel truffle-yummy! -Swiss white chocolate coffee drink mix--I love this stuff! -a red bird candle-very pretty and unique -candy and more candy -manicure set perfect for my purse-I have needed one! -an electric massager-I've been using it all week-end as we have been cleaning the garage--a HUGE chore -and LOTS of bulbs---20 allium-ivory queen and purple sensation, 12 dwarf iris, 10 passionale tulips, and 32 assorted narcissus My wonderful friend, it was so overwhelming to receive so many thoughtful gifts from you. Beth-I received your card/seeds today. It was post marked 11/17 so it took 11 days to get here. Loved all the great seeds you chose for me. Thank You so much. F = Fennel, bronze R = Rudbeckia (Irish Eyes) I = Italian Red Radichio (Spicy) E = Echinacea Red N = Nicotania-Sensation Mix D = Dill S = Scotch Kale I have a small green house so these will be fun to put in pots and take care of them that way. Susan-Great buy with all those plants. When I downsize it will be single/older daylilies that I sell off first. Going to be choosey on which ones I keep.
