Please help me with bathroom paint color...please?
Comments (20)Thank you so much everybody! I LOVE the cabinets painted in the Bittersweet Chocolate so that is a definite (and moonshadow, thank you so much for posting the instructions!) I will also check into all the colors that everyone suggested. I had sampled Sea Salt on my wall and it looked very "baby blue" to me (again it is just a sample and still in my awful lighting). A few years ago, I had painted what I thought was a definite grey-blue on the walls. When all was said and done, it was a "baby blue". I really hated it. I lived with it for a couple of years and then redid the bathroom (in country wallpaper etc. which I have now come to hate too!) That is probably why I am trying to capture the perfect greenish tone in the paint because my family will think I have lost it if I paint and it turns "baby blue"... Thanks, again, everybody. It looks like I have some researching to do!...See MoreNeed help choosing a bathroom paint color
Comments (7)Well, I think you need this rug I spotted on Amazon to go by the tub... Something like this (or paint them yourself) to go on the wall OR THIS When you look at those you will see links to beach signs, flip flop light string, outlet and switch plate covers, vinyl surfboard wall art and more. I'd pick a few of those, get bright beach color towels and accessories. Bathrooms are fun because it doesn't take too much to create a theme, but you can also go all out. I also like the idea of using a matching blue paint around the vanity area, keeping the tub area white ad accessorizing with the blue and then using blue and white towels or other brights. I like crisp blue and white, but not everyone does, and with a boy and a girl, I think they'd most likely like a lot of colors to make it fun and not too feminine or masculine....See MoreNeed help choosing paint color for bathroom
Comments (3)This is outstanding advice thank you so much. Are you saying the paint color should be a patterned crisp white or are you referring to the tile color? What exactly does that mean for paint? Please advise....See MorePaint help! Help me choose a master bathroom paint color.
Comments (5)I checked out accesible beige and it doesnt work well with my blue pearl granite. I now thinking alabaster. My trim and ceiling are alabaster so it may have to be this color....See Moremcarroll16
