Bulkhead transition

We recently purchased half of the lot next to our house to extend the side yard. Our goal is to bring in 15 loads of clay and top soil (we already have the permits) which will go over the current side bulk head and slope the the new dirt down towards the new property line. We will then hydro seed to keep everything in place. The problem is we can't figure out how to transition the back corner property line where the current bulk head ends. We got a quote to extend the current bulk head but that is too expensive. We are just looking for an inexpensive way to step down that back corner even for a short distance to retain the dirt and help slope the lot. The height of the current bulkhead is about 2 feet high. Any suggestions?

3/24/2021 .Thought I would update. We brought in a rock bulkhead then brought in the clay and topsoil. We are still working on getting the grass perfect but we are very pleased on how it turned out. Thank all of ya'll for yoiur input.
