Should we do exterior trim the same color as the siding or...?

We're building a modern tudor home. Our style is transitional. The brick is off white distressed and we will not be painting it. The front door and garage doors will be espresso wood stain. The swooped roof will be black metal. Gutters will be black. The roof is weathered grey. We just choose Sherwin Williams Shoji White for the siding. The windows are YKK tan, but look like a creamy off white or light grey, depending on the light. There will be a copper gas French lantern centered above the front door. We're not doing shutters. We're debating about doing Shoji White for the trim on the windows and maybe the roofline or possibly a light grey or greige for just the roofline. What are your thoughts?
