Bad cabinet install

We just completed a 250k home renovation through a well-reviewed renovation company, and the job has been plagued with issues. I'm attaching pictures of the worst of our cabinet install- cracked frames and pieces with notches taken out of them, an incorrect sink install, damaged shelves, the last goes on. We moved back out for a long weekend so they could make repairs, and the best we got was essentially caulk and white out. They finally installed the microwave, which doesn't fit properly in the unevenly-cut built in space. This is on top of over a dozen chipped tiles installed in the guest bathroom that they tried to hide with the tile version of white out.
We still haven't made our last payment, so obviously we'll withhold that for now and contact the boss, but I'm curious what you would do or how other contractors would handle it if your subcontractors did this. I don't believe our PM followed up at all to make sure things were done right in the first place or repaired properly.
