That looks terrible.I would install filler strips and white is that one piece of wood at the end of the counter? Surely you don't need that to hold up the counter.

I would keep the lighting centered on the back wall and put a wall to wall mirror.

This would be a re do in my book. Seriously. My eye can’t reconcile the lack of centering…from the light to the faucet, to the sink. No. Take it out. Do it over, Centered on the wall.

this looks like a guest or powder room, if so I would not put a light above or on the mirror but just put a recessed light above instead, or I would move the outlet up and hang a single chrome sconce mirror mounted.

I'd hang a decorative pendant light with the drop in front of the vertical line where the two wall planes meet. Not centered, but balanced.

Thanks so much. Here are a few more pictures to help show-it's a challenging space. Think the wrapped mirror may be a good idea. Based on this, where does it end-with the counter? Also, ceiling is 9 ft. Should it drop to 8ft?

too bad the contractor didn't try and round those sharp edges on the wall. wouldn't have taken much to do something like this. (ignore the style)

I would hang a mirror under your lights and some art or a few shelves on the other wall.

vanity tray w/a tall plant or stem leaves will buy some veritcal space.

see how they did this one on the side? I also like this black wall in back of the vanity.

look for a paint color w/red or pink undertones. you have warm, reddish/yellow flooring, and the countertop is a taupe/beige w/pink slightly yellow undertones.

Stay away from anything cool, or blue/gray or green.
