MSI vs Titan Quartz Countertops
Comments (2)Both these colors are made in china, but don't be totally taken back by that. The important thing with both brands is to check what sort of certifications each offer...there are many off brand Chinese quartz materials that do not have any certifications and may potentially have the issues that @mayflowers brought up above. I have worked with Titan Quartz many times for my clients kitchens (islands and countertops) and the calacatta venezia is a great option. This color is NSF, IAS, and SGC certified so I've been confident recommending it to my clients (plus it has a nice residential warranty)....See MoreMSI Quartz: Cashmere Carrara vs. Calacatta Vicenza OR Cambria Torquay
Comments (14)We've had MSI Arctic White for over 18mos now. I love it. Haven't had any scuffing, scratching, or staining issues. Damp paper towel takes most everything off. I use Clorox Wipes for coffee rings or berry "ghosting" and give it a good general wipe down 2x per week. We looked at a lot of the quartz "marble" looking options, but someone made a comment that the veins either look fake or resemble (leg) spider veins. After hearing that, I can't "unsee" it! ha! The plain white has been a perfect backdrop for adding color and texture elsewhere (grout, wood cutting boards, walls, etc.). I also find that I like seeing exactly how dirty the counter top is (so I can wipe it off)!...See MoreCambria vs. MSI Quartz
Comments (30)We are so so close to finalizing the cambria sutherland. Our kitchen set up is soft cream cabinets all around and a hale navy island. we liked the gray tones of the sutherland but looking at the actual stone today, got a bit concerned if it will be too blue? we want a timeless countertop that we dont get tired of looking at. The sutherland looks great but would love actual feedback from anyone if it is more gray with slight blue tone or does it bring out more blue when paired with a blue island? any input will be super super helpful....See MoreMSI Calacatta Delios vs. Miraggio Gold
Comments (26)Thank you! I am not sure of the brand of the cabinets, but they're frameless white shaker (not custom). The handles are Liberty brand, Artesia model in champagne bronze. I got them from Home Depot and I chose them because my faucet and pot filler (Brizo Litze) are hard to match so I only had a few choices....See Moreroadstergirlie
