If you are keeping the floor snd countertop, I would not paint the cabinets. They look to be quality and in good shape. I would get some updated hardware and live with it until you could do a complete redo. I’m afraid the Stone Hearth would make everything too much the same, but maybe it’s just my monitor.

I am no pro and I’m going on first impressions. I just looked up Stone Hearth. I don’t think it’s gonna work either. As Connie suggested, I’d change the hardware. Maybe just paint the vanity a white, off white, cream, etc shade (I know there are a million shades and I cannot suggest any) - just for a neutralizing effect. Me, I’m a sample maniac. I’d rather spend a little more on samples than have to re-do anything.

Why are you wanting to paint? The contrast too much for you? If that is the case I would caution as once the cabinetry is blanded out the darker spots in the counter will pop on you. How far into this are you prepared to go money wise?

Both look great but I like the warmth stone hearth adds.

I would want contrast instead of matching the floor and counter. White is the logical choice but maybe blue? Search on Houzz for painted vanities for ideas.

I'm a fan of painting bathroom vanities, it makes a big difference w/ little cost & minimal effort (I say minimal, but it's back-breaking work & took me an entire wkend, but I digress). I DO like the color you picked, but it may be too similar to the counter & floors. IMO more contrast would look really nice. Could you pull a darker color from your granite?

Looks like you prefer to have the vanity a neutral color which is safe, can always add your pops of color with other accessories in the room. I suggest you paint a couple sample boards to set against the vanity so you can see how it really looks with the floor and countertop. Looks like walls are already some shade of revere pewter to also consider?
