Kitchen wall color?

Hi! I'm in the middle of doing our kitchen and now it is time to pick the wall paint! We have a that very common beige off white sherwin williams in our living room (can barely see in pictures) and that will stay. I wasn't sure if white was the only way with the blue (SW Stardew) peninsula and bright white cabinets or if I could have fun with an accent wall. Im leaning towards a blush color (emerging taupe for an accent around the windows) or an off white with a hint of pink. The only thing is we will be having renters next year and I dont want to have to change it because it ends up looking like a nursery! Anyway, sunset is what I have in mind.

UPDATE: They just installed my cabinet doors! Also, I've added a picture of the adjacent room since the colors need to coordinate.

I’d skip the blush. Go with either a blue or white.
You can also do a pretty wallpaper to add some more to the space If you feel it needs it

I'd be tempted to try painting the walls man cave first. I think it could look stunning with your cabinets and go a long way toward making your kitchen look sleek. If you have the $$ for it, I'd consider changing out your countertops to something less yellow. If you find a laminate you like in stock at a big box store you can change out the counter yourself for just a couple hundred dollars - and it's easier than painting the cabinets. While you have the countertop off, maybe put up a new backsplash behind the sink - something high contrast with both lights and darks in it. And ... voila! New kitchen!

My kitchen and dining room walls are green. Our great room, kitchen, and dining room all open to one another. The great room is cream with 15' ceilings. The green breaks up the cream and highlights the cabinets for my personal taste.

The paint will be done, I'll try for the SW natural linen, I really liked it. However, I have another problem: the laminate top of the countertop started to unglue itself. So now I have to change the laminate for the countertops. What best color would you recommend so it would match the cabinets and the floor?

I don't think I'd go with a bluish white since the paint color in the rest of the house is warm. Maybe pick up a griege from the granite. An bold accent color on the window wall would like great, IMO.

nmfogel - Could you post a photo of the SW beige/white in your family room? What is the color name? You could be surprised that it may look great in your kitchen!

If your heart is set on a blush color, then give it a try. You will know after the first coat, if its going to work for you or not. Its your kitchen, its you that needs to love it. I would not go bluish color since your peninsula is already that color.
