I personally like Moen as they have a lifetime guarantee on their faucets. The guarantee covers looks as well as function. A phone call to Moen @ 1-800-Buy Moen can get parts or even a new faucet for free under their guarantee for the original owner. I recently had a customer who I was working on his tub ask me about his kitchen sink faucet which was leaking. I told him to call and about 10 minute s later he was telling me how the part for his faucet was obsolete and they were sending him a free new faucet to replace his 15 year old faucet. Moen can't be beat for taking care of their customers!

1. I don't have one myself, but I don't imagine there's any significant difference between the regular height and high arc models. I'd make sure that whichever model I chose has some way of locking the pull-out or pull-down part. One way to tell is to take a glance at the faucet display in Lowe's or Home Depot. I wouldn't buy half of those faucets because the spouts won't stay in place! 2. I like the idea of the touch technology, too, but I turn on my lever handles with the back of my hand all the time without problem. Like you said, it's just one more thing to go wrong. But this might be more of an issue with the single-handle variety. 3. You could easily go either way. I like the brushed nickel/stainless look myself and think it's less likely to become dated than the ORB. If you like your hardware and wouldn't change it if you did more extensive remodeling, though, an ORB faucet would look fine.

I'm with Joseph Corlett, LLC on this one. Moen makes excellent faucets. Delta makes slightly better faucets. Which is probably why our panel of consumers and industry professionals selected Delta over Moen as one of the Best Value Faucets for 2017. GreenDesigns, the Insurance is handling funds. But, we chose the contractor and the project manager even put in writing that they work for us. So I would think that with something such as this would be left up to the restoration to make that determination to take down containment based on whether everything is clear on their end. Otherwise isn't that putting us in a harmful situation due to just leaving something up until the insurance says take it down?
