Please help! my wife and I are building a new home. got a good deal on flex steel reclining sofa and loveseat so bought it and just found out we cant return or exchange it. Not sure it fits the room very well now that we were able to walk the framed house. My main conerns are

1. Too big for our room when it fully reclines (I prefer larger walkways - ideally 4’ but no less than 3.5’)

2. When placing in L shape configuration - how is the last seat on both the loveseat and sofa supposed to recline at the same time? They hit eachother unless you space them out a lot but then that looks wrong?

please tell me how you would set these in this living room! I have attached the house plans and sofa/loveseat dimensions. The fireplace will have TV above it that I want to be the focal point of room. Also the room is actually 16.5 ft deep instead of the 16 ft it shows on plans.
