Fabricland had tons of stuff but nothing that would work. The fabrics were very upholstery like and not suited for a child's room. They did have some specifically geared towards kids but those were only 84". @mlweaving_Marji, what you said makes perfect sense. Although I will have to come up with a new plan as I won't be able to sew anything together. Even if I attempted it, I don't the time. We go from 6:30am until 10:30pm every week day, and have one day's worth of free time on the weekend which is used for grocery shopping, cleaning, etc. I could look into a seamstress but I wouldn't expect it to be cheap here. 2 years ago I got straps shortened on a top (nothing fancy or difficult about it) and it cost $25. The top was only $50. Ha ha. Hemming pants costs $20. We installed the rod yesterday and hung the panels and they definitely need more width. Even if they are directly over the window/frame, light creeps through the sides. And it looks like it needs more width. The silk ones are really nice though and nice quality. Unfortunately, Pottery Barn screwed up and one panel, even though it says 96" is 84". Sigh. So no matter what, something has to go back which is going to involve extra shipping costs, etc. Since I have to go through that gong show, I could see if I can scrounge up enough to purchase more panels of what I already have, but if I can't put them up without being sewn together, that doesn't help me much either. WHY do they make panels so narrow? They are designing 2 panels to fit a 36" window? Our windows aren't even overly large for the room and they are wider than that. I did not bleach them. client bought them from Lowes and when we ran out and needed another package, the dye lots were the same. BTW; Amazon sells them too, even better! This is what I did; I took them out of the hot dryer when they were nearly dry. Now, I have to admit, I have a huge advantage; I have a huge work table in my workroom...it is 60" wide by 10' long. I laid them out on the table still damp and since I had 4 layers, I just laid them out on top of each other......and then I tugged at the edges to ease out the wrinkles. I let them dry overnight. And then, yes, I did have to iron the dickens out of them as I worked with them. I have a large Rowenta iron I use with full steam. I also very lightly sprayed them with a mist of water and then steam ironed on full hot. Came out great!!! [ I would not bleach this " fabric" ; it is polyester and cotton and the polyester does not like the bleach; I think this is why one poster didn't like the color] Hope this helps. Joan

Monicakm_gw, thanks for the pictures, that was helpful and kind of you! I can really see the metallic color in your deco tiles when I blow up the next-to-last picture. Very Nice! If I do forego a glass door and get a shower curtain, I will have the contractor put it up. My neck is too unstable to be looking up at anything! I will have no tub to stand on, either. It is good to see how well it hangs. I was afraid that it was a lot stiffer than this. It looked like it would spread back out straight, like an impolite fella doing a man-spread on the subway! Now that my dog is getting more confused and more crippled as he approaches his 16th birthday, I am thinking that even if my contractor contacts me soon to say he is done with the commercial job he has been on for the past year and a half or so, I will still have to delay the job until my dog passes on. I don't think he could take the confusion of construction, especially since our only full bath is his approved indoors pee-place. I keep waterproof quilted mats on the floor for him there. I am not sure he could adjust to having that room out of service. I know that I don't want his elderly self peeing on the new floor and possibly missing his mat as he ages! No way! His half blind (one eye had bad glaucoma earlier this year and is blind now) and doggy dementia-ed self needs peace and routine, not a torn up floor with a drop to the basement. So I guess I will have the soffit trim and the gutters replaced. No bathroom is getting gutted anytime soon!

Thanks yayagal! I’m just unsure what to paint gray & what goes with the white trim? Should the gray start with the crown molding or should the crown molding be white? I‘m hoping to get help with that on here.
