Need backsplash ideas for taj mahal counters and dark wood cabs
Comments (4)The Taj is the star. Go back to the drawing board for a plain and simple tile, and DON'T SELECT IT until your Taj is installed. Don't try to make two stars. No.n.e of your selections to now....See Moreporcelain floor tile to go with taj mahal quartzite counters

Comments (2)I don't have any pictures of it in our bathroom yet because they are still working on the tile in there so we can't get into it, but here are some pictures of our closet where we also put Taj Mahal so you can see the coloring of it. In looking at the slabs, I found that there can be quite a variance in the coloring, so if you need more than one slab as I did, make sure they are similar, ie, some have more brown, some more gray, some mostly white/oyster, etc....See MoreNeed help finding flooring to go with Taj Mahal counters in kitchen
Comments (14)Thank you to all who responded - this is my first time posting anything, so apologize for my deficiencies here ;). I just uploaded a few photos but the lighting is not great as it is early morning and no natural light is in the room. But my taj mahal is more brown than gray, more warm than cool. In the one photo I included a tile I am considering - it is the lightest one. I am trying to pick up the light parts of my taj but having trouble finding tile that is not too white, gray or yellow. I have considered brick and I like the sample in the photo I included but not sure if brick is too busy and if this brick is too gray. And lastly, the tiled area runs against my living and dining that has wood that I am not ready to replace, thus ruling out wood. Question, if I did a drastically different wood-look tile and ran in opposite direction, could I get away with this against the other wood? Like white-washed wide plank running opposite direction to the floor as pictured here. Your help is so appreciated. I have been looking for new flooring for over 2 years, which is maddening!...See MoreA D
