Dwarf Red Buckeye Self Fertile?

So around the year 2014 I planted a single dwarf red buckeye in my parents backyard (for the hummingbirds) . Last year (2020) I noticed it started making pods. I noticed it again this year and collected a few of the "nuts" in the pods. There are no other red buckeyes in the area. The only other ones I know of are in another town about 20 or so miles away and those are the standard size. So do you think these nuts can be grown into tree? I bought my own property now so I would like to establish my own tree. I live in Pennsylania and this tree does not grow in the wild here either (I think I am too far north).
