Extra space to Butler’s pantry or closet

Hi, everyone- this is my first time posting on here and I’m hoping for some advice. Im posting the current floor plan, the possible change, and a floor plan with dimensions for reference. Currently I have a Butler’s pantry that’s 11x6.8ft. I want it large because I plan to put all small appliances in it- coffee maker, toaster, etc. so that my kitchen counters are clean-plus a small sink. However, I’m wondering if 11ft deep is excessive? Would the space be better utilized if I move the linen closet to that side and add the space to the two closets? This would result in a 9ft deep Butler’s pantry, a 20” deep linen closet, and then two walk in closets that are 5x6.2ft (instead of the current 5x5.2). Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
