Damaged joint in a grain profile window - normal?

Hi everyone,

We recently had a UPVC window installed (Rehau). I noticed after the installation that some of the joints in the corners were very unclean and looked damaged - almost as if someone had taken a chisel to them and gouged out. I'm quite disappointed with this as it's something I'll be looking at for the next 10-20 years and the window wasn't cheap.

I did flag this to the supplier and he said that's normal with grain finish UPVC windows that are made using a CNC machine (the lead time for a smooth finish was crazy when we ordered). I've never seen anything like this before with my normal white UPVC windows I have currently, so just wanted to see if anyone else has come across the same thing and I just need to live with it, or should I be upset and making more of a fuss?

Thank you!
