Small Space Challenge - 550 sqft

Hi all,
I'm looking for some feedback and ideas about how to best use the 550 sqft I have upstairs for my bedrooms. The original 3 bedrooms are small, and I want to gain a comfortable sized master while as much as possible retaining a second bedroom and 1 office space (which can double as a small 3rd bedroom).
There is an attic, which is accessible through one of the bedrooms, and I was hoping to turn it into a walk-in closet for the master, but the constraints of that idea would leave me with only 2 bedrooms. It may also be possible to move the bathroom from its current location, but that would definitely be more complicated.
Layout: Only the hallway wall on the side of the stairs is load-bearing and windows are standard 30inches each. Each square is ~1ft
TLDR: What is the best, most functional layout you see in this space that makes use of a large attic, gains a decent sized master bedroom, and BONUS: would still allow me to list this house as 3 bedrooms when the time comes?
Thanks, everyone, for your help!
